Count beds by size and record how many guests each property can host. This makes it easier to define bed and bath sets without basing quantities only on the number of rooms.
Keep clean and used linen separate. Agree containers, collection points and counting procedures with the provider. Clearly identified deliveries reduce uncertainty and unnecessary handling.
Before starting a rental service, check the period, quantities, laundering, delivery and conditions for missing or damaged items. Any deposit or additional kit should be clear in the written proposal rather than assumed.
