Construction dust settles on floors, window frames and surfaces. Before starting, we assess the rooms, installed materials and remaining residues, distinguishing cleaning from work that the building contractor still needs to complete.
A site visit or detailed photographs help establish priorities and timing. Paint, silicone or adhesive residues require compatible methods and, where appropriate, test areas. The site must be safe to access, with activities that would interfere with cleaning completed beforehand.

Before we begin
