A service defined around your space
Shared areas are the first spaces residents and visitors encounter. We organise cleaning for stairs, corridors, entrance doors and lift cabins around the size of the building and how people use it.
Frequency, access and priorities are agreed with the building manager or appointed contact. Garages, cellars and outdoor paths can be assessed as additional work. The agreed scope distinguishes routine cleaning from maintenance, making responsibilities clear before the service begins.
